1994 – 1998

~2,000,000 North Korean's dies of starvation, almost 10% of 22 Million people.
In 2017 the UN reported that 2 in 5 (40%) people are undernourished.
North Korean Nuclear Weapons Program
2006 - North Korea detonated a plutonium based device underground.
2013 - Detonated a miniaturized nuclear device with "greater explosive force" in an underground test.
2015, 2016, 2017, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 – Numerous nuclear and weapons tests.
